We understand the thought of building your dream home or renovation is a daunting task and a huge investment. We want to help you do it right first time, and this starts with understanding the steps involved in the building Process.

Make Contact
The first step in is to get in touch with us by filling out our online enquiry form via our website or giving us a call. From here we will send you a basic questionnaire about your project and the vision you have for your dream home. Helping us get a better understanding of where you are in the building process, if we are the right fit for you and how we can help you.
After the initial contact we will arrange an on-site meeting to further discuss your project and go through the completed questionnaire in more detail. We will ask any further questions for any of your specific needs or requirements for your project. At this time, we will look more extensively at the scope of work required, discuss your budget and how we can work within it while achieve the best result. Here we can discuss our pre-building estimating service if required.

Site Visit
Our Signature Guarantee!
After the site meeting, we will have a better understanding of your requirements and the vision for your dream home. From here we can arrange a meeting with either your chosen/our preferred architect to discuss your plans and put your vision into action. The architect will design an initial concept plan, this enables a better visualisation of what your dream home will look like based on your ideas so far, when the concept plans fit your vision then we can move onto the detailed drawings, engineering if needed and then finally the consent stage.

Once your design has been completed and selections made it is time to put together your detailed fixed price quote and present this to you on site, discuss the variations process, any cost saving options, start date and timeline or any final questions you have about your project.

Congratulations! Once the quote has been finalised and accepted, we will prepare a fixed price building contract. We use the Certified Builders contracts which are known as one of the best in the game, accompanied by the Halo 10 Year guarantee, and ensure the correct insurances are in place so that you have peace of mind during the build and long after completion.

From the earthworks through to the finishing touches we will remain open, honest, and transparent with you welcoming you onto site so you can see the progress of your new home and feel part of the project.

Your site will be handed over clean and tidy ready for you to move in. We take care of council code of compliance and provide you with a product warrantee and maintenance schedule. Lastly a final walk thorough with you to ensure you're completely satisfied with your new home and all your expectations have been met.
